If your birth time is unknown
Start with your zodiac sign, numbers, or simple compatibility by dates. In the advanced calculation, select 'Time unknown': some results will be limited. Do not guess the time.
Which city should I enter?
Select the city where you were born, not where you currently live. Find it in the list and check the country and region: city names can be the same.
Can't find your city?
Check the spelling, add the country, or try the name in another language. If the city is not on the list, send its name and country to support. Do not choose a random city instead of your own.
How to correct your birth data?
Change the data in the form, your profile, or your partner's profile and run the calculation again. Reports that have already been generated will not update automatically.
No result, or it differs from another service?
Check the date, time, and city of birth. The calculation method and time zone handling can affect the result. If there's an error, try again. If a report is still being generated, check its status instead of ordering a new one.
