Plans and billing

Can I buy a report without a subscription?

Yes. Paid reports can be ordered with AstroCredits without an Essential or Pro subscription. You can buy an AstroCredits pack separately. Check the person’s details and the price before confirming the order.

Having a problem with a payment or report?

For an issue with a past payment, find the receipt or the entry in your purchase history and copy the transaction number, if available. If there's a problem with a report, open it in 'My reports' and select the option to request help: the report number will be added to the email. You do not need to pay for it again.

Purchase made, but credits or access haven't appeared?

Log in to the account where you made the purchase. In the AstroCredits or subscription section, restore your purchases and refresh your data. If your access or balance hasn't changed, contact support with the purchase date and transaction number, if available. Do not make the purchase again.

Where can I find my reports and subscription?

Log in to your previous account using the same method. Check the 'My reports' and AstroCredits sections. You can manage an active subscription in your account or in the store where you purchased it.
