Moon day: Moon day 19 + Moon day 30

A union of a cynic and an idealist, of a wolf and a sheep. Nineteen sees the world as a battlefield, while Thirty views it as a garden full of love. At first, this intrigues: Nineteen wants to protect (or possess) this bright being, while Thirty sees in the partner a deep, wounded soul that needs saving. But the 'rescue' quickly becomes tiresome. Nineteen begins to get irritated by the partner’s naivety and 'rose-colored glasses,' responding to care with sarcasm and sharpness. Thirty forgives, endures, smooths over the rough edges, but one day simply shuts down in silence. In sex, Nineteen dominates, taking energy, while Thirty gives until drained. In work, it’s a complex scheme: Nineteen regards the partner as blissfully impractical, burdening itself with all the mess and responsibility, only to later bring it up as a reproach. The relationship only holds on due to Thirty's patience. To avoid turning this into tyranny, Nineteen must hold back its poison and appreciate the comfort that the partner creates, not viewing kindness as a weakness. And Thirty must stop healing someone who isn’t asking for help.
