This drives the grounded Four to grind their teeth in frustration. The conflict always centers on one thing: the Four tries to 'ground' the partner, forcing them to define themselves, while the Eighteen perceives this as tediousness and pressure. In intimate life, the Four may be too predictable and technical for the Eighteen, who needs play and intrigue rather than a schedule. In business, everything is decent if the Four maintains structure and documentation while the Eighteen operates as the 'face' of the company.
